SIT formed in Lucknow fire case… CM Yogi’s big decision after high level meeting

After the high level meeting in the Lucknow fire incident, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a big decision. On the instructions of CM Yogi, a two-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed. The investigation team has been instructed to submit the report within seven days. Additional Chief Secretary of Tourism, Religious Affairs and Culture Department, Amrit Abhijat is included in the SIT.

The second member of the SIT is Praveen Kumar, Additional Director General of Police, Lucknow Zone. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took this decision after a high-level meeting regarding the fire incident in Lucknow. SIT has been directed to submit its report within seven days. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has started its investigation. Meanwhile, a formal complaint has been lodged at Aliganj Police Station regarding the fire incident and now a case is being registered on its basis.

Big action possible considering CM’s tough stance

Given the Chief Minister’s strong stance on the incident, it is expected that the building will be demolished with bulldozers. The demolition of the building involved in the fire incident is expected to take place soon. Earlier, CM Yogi Adityanath announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of those who lost their lives in the Lucknow fire. CM Yogi announced financial assistance of Rs 50-50 thousand for the injured.

Rajnath Singh reached the accident site

After the incident, Defense Minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath Singh reached the accident site. He was also accompanied by BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary and Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh expressed grief over the accident and said that strict action will be taken against those responsible. The culprits will not be spared under any circumstances.

Chief Minister canceled all his government programs

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister canceled all his government programs. He was to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 143 development projects worth ₹548 crore in Hathras on Tuesday. After this, he was to chair a review meeting on the development work and law and order situation in Agra. However, due to the fire incident in Lucknow, all these programs were canceled.
