Shock to Varun, Vasu Bhagnani filed a case of Rs 400 crore, David Dhawan’s problems increased before the release of the film.

The film is going to be released in theaters on June 5, for which Varun and his father David Dhawan are promoting it vigorously. Recently the song ‘Chunri-Chunri’ from the film was released, which is a remake of the old iconic song. Meanwhile, the makers of the film are seen having a clash with producer Vasu Bhagnani. Now a new and bigger update has come out. According to which, Vasu Bhagnani has filed a case of Rs 400 crore. Pooja Entertainment Limited has given a big blow to Tips Industries Limited, Ramesh Taurani, Kumar S Taurani and David Dhawan in the Bombay High Court. But why this case has happened, let us explain the whole matter.

Varun Dhawan Vasu Bhagnani has a big allegation on the film ‘Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’. According to him, famous songs have been used in the film without permission. Recently a report was published on Bollywood Hungama. According to the press statement given in this, lawyer VK Dubey Associates has filed the case. In which objections have been raised regarding the promotional material of the film, controversial songs ‘Chunari Chunari’ and ‘Ishq Sona Hai’. Also demanded a ban on distribution, streaming and commercial use.

When will the case be heard?

Recently Vasu Bhagnani has filed a case of Rs 400 crore against the makers. Actually the court had given him permission to file the case. There will be a hearing regarding this matter soon. Which is also being called one of the biggest copyright battles.

What is Vasu Bhagnani’s demand?

Actually Vasu Bhagnani wants that the use of songs should be banned. Also, the songs ‘Chunari Chunari’ and ‘Ishq Sona Hai’ should be removed from the promotional material. There has also been a demand to change the title of ‘Hai Jawaani To Ishq Hona Hai’. Not only this, Pooja Entertainment people have also demanded a compensation of Rs 100 crore. However, if Tips Industries Limited and David Dhawan do not meet these demands, things may worsen.

What is the allegation?

Pooja Entertainment (India) Limited has alleged that the makers of the film did not have the rights to use it. It has been said that it has been exploited illegally without the rights of the original audio-visual. However, Tips has also responded to this issue on social media and termed these allegations as false.
