Shah Rukh Khan: The King of Bollywood i.e. Shahrukh Khan does not need any identity. Shahrukh has achieved many achievements in his life. King Khan has now bought his Delhi house also. This is the same house in which Shahrukh and Gauri lived after marriage and established their home. This house is located in Panchsheel Park area of Delhi. The second and third floors of this property have been named after King Khan.
Earlier he had the basement and first floor of this building. But now after purchasing the remaining portion, he has become the sole owner of the entire house. Buying this house is very special for Shahrukh and Gauri, because many moments of their married life have been spent here.
Bought entire property for Rs 37 crore
Shahrukh Khan has recently purchased a property located in Panchsheel Park, a posh area of Delhi. According to reports, King Khan has bought this house for around Rs 37 crore. This property is spread over approximately 1,200 square yards (approximately 10,800 square feet). It is being told that the price of this deal is around Rs 37 crore, while the price of this land has been estimated at around Rs 34,260 per square foot.
Memories of early days of marriage are associated with this house.
This house is considered very special for Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan. After marriage in 1991, both of them started their new life from this house. Later Shahrukh moved to Mumbai for his acting career and settled there, but this house in Delhi is still an important part of his memories. Gauri had also talked about this house in an interview. He had said that his Delhi house is not just a house, but a treasure trove of family memories. She told that she grew up in Delhi, so she bought this house near her mother’s house and designed it herself, so that all the memories of the family could be preserved at one place.
Every corner of the house is full of memories
Gauri had told that every part of this house holds beautiful memories of her family. Many memories of the children from their childhood till their growing up are present in this house. She has also created a ‘nostalgia wall’ in the house, where Suhana’s makeup brushes, Aryan’s badminton racket, Abram’s first birthday gift, Shahrukh’s paintings, postcards and many special gifts given by him are kept. According to Gauri, this corner is her favorite part of her house.
