
Shah Rukh Khan Buys Property: Bollywood’s king Shahrukh Khan has bought property in Delhi. Shahrukh has a very old house in Panchsheel Park area, in which he was already the owner of the basement and ground floor, now Shahrukh has also purchased the second and third floor of the same building. King Khan had to spend Rs 37 crore for this deal. But after spending such a huge amount, Shahrukh has now become the full owner of his old family home. Shahrukh has a special attachment to this house as it is an old house of the family.
Before Shahrukh left Delhi to pursue a career in the film industry, he used to live in this house. Bollywood Hungama has told in its report that this property is of 1200 square yards i.e. about 10,800 square feet. This property is located in the premium area of South Delhi. This deal for two floors has been done for about Rs 37 crore. That means the price of land has been estimated at around Rs 34,260 per square feet.
