Do not keep old furniture-plastic boxes on the terrace

Many people keep old furniture, plastic boxes or other garbage stored in a corner of the roof. According to Vastu Shastra, Goddess of wealth Lakshmi gets angry if garbage is accumulated on the roof. Due to this, the comfort, prosperity and blessings of the house are affected. Besides, there are obstacles in the flow of money coming into the house.

Do not leave rusty things on the roof

Old iron parts, pieces of machinery or rusty items should never be left open on the roof. According to Vastu Shastra, such things increase the negative effects of Rahu-Ketu, which can hinder a person’s progress. Whenever he goes to do some auspicious work, Rahu-Ketu will create disturbance in it.

Do not keep dry plants and brooms on the terrace

Gardening on the rooftop of the house is considered auspicious, but if the plants planted there have dried or withered, they should be removed immediately. According to Vastu Shastra, dry plants are a symbol of negative energy. Never leave a broom or broom on the roof after cleaning. In Vastu Shastra, broom is considered a symbol of Goddess Lakshmi, hence keeping it in the open or on the terrace is inauspicious.
