Recently, in a chat show, Rhea Chakraborty told that she is trying to move forward in life, but the trauma of that time has not left her even today. He said that there are some pains which remain not only in the memories but also in the body and mind of the person for a long time.
Riya’s pain spilled over into Neha Dhupia’s show
Rhea Chakraborty recently appeared on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi’s chat show. During this, he remembered his past difficult times. The actress said that she is trying to move forward, but the trauma of that time is still present somewhere inside her. During this time Riya’s brother Shovik was also present with her.

Recalling that period of his life, Shovik said that earlier he was a person who paid full attention to studies and career. His dream was to get admission in a big business school. But after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, his life suddenly changed. He told that it took him and his family about 4 to 5 years to come out of that difficult period. Shovik also admitted that even today he has not fully recovered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) i.e. the mental impact of that shock.
How difficult was the period for Riya
When Neha asked Rhea whether she was able to come out of this shock, the actress replied that it is not easy to come out of such things completely. This is a trauma, which even if it does not remain in the mind, remains somewhere in the body. As Shovik told, problems like PTSD occur. “We take therapy and try to deal with it slowly.”
Riya further said that recovery is not a destination but a continuous process. A person learns to control himself with time, but the marks of that pain do not disappear completely. He also said that his problems increased further because all this happened in front of people. According to Riya, due to being constantly in the eyes of media and people, it had become even more difficult to come out of that period.
