Faizabad Bar Association President Kalika Mishra had said yesterday i.e. on Sunday that the final decision in this regard will be taken in the general body meeting on Monday. Police can ask for remand of all the accused.
Remand of all 8 accused ends today
Let us tell you that today the remand of all these eight accused is ending. The houses of the arrested accused were raided yesterday i.e. on Sunday. During this, the police recovered some jewellery, cash and property documents from the house of Ram Shankar Yadav alias Tinnu. Apart from this, the police had also raided the ancestral houses of Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Ramashankar Mishra.

8 people named accused in donation theft case
Let us tell you that the first FIR in the Ram Temple offering theft case was filed on June 25. In this, 8 people were named accused. Those whose names are included in it include Ram Shankar Yadav alias Tinnu along with Avinash Shukla, Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Subhash Srivastava, Ramashankar Mishra, Manish Yadav and Karunesh Pandey. According to the information, information about the theft was received on June 4 itself.
Three days later, on June 7, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav posted on social media platform X demanding an investigation. After this he continued to make allegations regarding theft. Champat Rai, who was the general secretary of the trust at that time, rejected Akhilesh’s allegations. However, later on the request of the Trust, the government constituted SIT on June 13.
First FIR filed 20 days after offering theft
It is also said that on June 5 itself, Rs 58 lakh stolen was recovered. By June 8, Rs 79.85 lakh had been recovered. Despite this, FIR was not registered for 20 days. The first FIR was filed on 25 June. Whereas on June 4, as soon as information about the theft was received, the action started. The employees themselves handed over the money and gave the receipt to the Trust. Those who had money deposited in their accounts were withdrawn from the bank. The trust officials did not go to Tinnu’s house on the first day. The trust vehicle was not used in the recovery operation. Trust officials went to the house of the accused in private vehicles.
War of words between Akhilesh and CM Yogi on donation theft
A war of words has broken out between Akhilesh Yadav and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath over theft of Ram temple offerings. Yesterday i.e. on Sunday, Akhilesh said that the priority for BJP is not religion but money. For BJP, nation is not first, donations are first.
