Redmi’s new smartphone Redmi Turbo 5 is going to be launched in the Indian market soon, information about the launch date of this upcoming Redmi smartphone has been revealed which indicates on which day this phone can be launched. This will be the first phone in the company’s Turbo series and it is being claimed that this phone will be performance focused. One thing that we want to clear at the beginning is that the company has not revealed the official launch date of this phone. Tipster Sanju has shared a post on X, in this post it has been informed that this Redmi phone will be launched on 16 June 2026. Apart from the launch date, the tipster has also shared information related to the features of the phone.

A microsite has been created for this upcoming phone on Me.com and Amazon, but at present the launch date or features have not been disclosed on this microsite. According to the post made by tipster Sanju, this Redmi phone will be launched with a 6.59 inch display which will come with 1.5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate support.

Apart from this, this handset will be equipped with MediaTek Dimension 8500 Ultra processor for speed and multitasking. With a powerful battery of 7560 mAh, customers will also get 100 watt fast charging support in this phone.
Talking about camera setup, this phone will have a 50-megapixel LYT600 sensor at the back, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera sensor and a 20-megapixel front camera sensor for selfies and video calling. Talking about special features, this phone will come with features like dual stereo speakers and VC cooling. The thickness of this phone with metal frame and IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings is 8.18mm and weight is 204 grams.
