If you are using sandalwood powder then mix rose water, raw milk and two pinches of turmeric in it and apply it. This provides relief from rashes, pimples, skin irritation as well as tanning.
Cucumber and Aloe Vera
Aloe vera and cucumber face pack is very effective in providing relief to sunburned skin in summer. Both these ingredients have hydrating properties along with cooling effect. For this, take 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon grated cucumber. Along with this, add 1 spoon curd in it. Add half a spoon of multani mitti and blend everything. Apply the prepared paste on the face for 20 minutes and clean it.

Curd face pack also gives soothing effect in summer. If the skin is burnt due to heat then mix aloe vera gel in curd. In this you can grind some vegetable seeds and add them. Apart from this, a pinch of turmeric. To ensure that the base is correct, add a little gram flour to it. Apply this face pack from face to neck. Clean the face after 15 minutes.
Keep these points in mind
- Do not avoid sunscreen at all in summer.
- Use an umbrella outside or cover your face while walking.
- If skin rash becomes severe then consult a doctor.
- Apply lightweight water base moisturizer daily.
- Do double cleansing at night with gel based or water best cleanser.
- Include seasonal fruits and vegetables like cucumber, lemon, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, watermelon and melon in your diet.
