Ravi Kishan’s fitness secret
Ravi Kishan told that due to his different projects he had to work a lot on his body. He said, “For ‘Missing Ladies’, I had to look a little heavy. In ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ I will look quite lean, whereas in ‘Nagzilla’ my body will be very fit. It is not easy to lose weight after the age of 50, but if the eating habits are right, it makes a lot of difference. 70-80 percent of your diet contributes to fitness and the rest is exercise.”
Do not depend only on fruits
He also clarified that he does not depend only on fruits, but keeps changing his diet as per his need. Ravi Kishan said, “It is the blessings of Mahadev that he gives me the strength to eat once a day, do intermittent fasting or live only on fruits.” He further said, “But I keep changing the diet according to my political responsibilities. These days, Parliament is in session, so I eat soaked dry fruits and salad. I also include protein, carbs and ghee as per the need.”
Ravi Kishan told that he likes avocado, kiwi, apple, banana, orange and fresh fruit juice. Along with this, he also described exercise as an important part of fitness. He said, “The waist of your pants is the biggest measurement and it never lies. But along with diet, daily exercise is also important to keep the muscles strong.”
