Some films stay with you forever. For me, ‘Dhurandhar’ will always be one of those films, not only because of the story we told, but also because I got to see something that very few directors get to see. I always knew you were a tremendous actor, but this journey made me love the artist within you even more, and even more the person behind that artist.” More.”
Praising Ranveer Singh, Aditya Dhar further wrote, “There were many days during the shooting of ‘Dhurandhar’ when I realized that I was watching something very special and unique. The 26/11 sequence, the last scene of the tea shop, the Pathankot massacre, the pump house scene, the scene outside the court – these are just a few examples. In one take and scene after another, you never chose the easy path. Every emotion absolutely. Every silence had a meaning. Every moment had a purpose.
