Ranbir Kapoor Buys Land In Pune: Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has bought 25.7 acres of land in Mulshi taluka of Pune. For this he has spent Rs 16.42 crore. The transaction involves four contiguous plots of agricultural land located in Pimpri village of Mulshi taluka of Pune district. CRE Matrix has quoted the property registration documents as saying that Ranbir has purchased this property from Shriram Luthra, Naveen Shriram Luthra and Mala Umesh Mehta. Ranbir has got the registration of all four plots done on 30 April 2026.
The total area of all four plots is 104,000 square meters i.e. about 25.7 acres. The largest among these parts is plot survey number 381, part number 2 of 43,800 square meters. Its price is Rs 7.08 crore. Apart from this, a portion of 29,900 square meters was purchased for Rs 4.62 crore. One part is of 21,400 square meters, which has been purchased for Rs 3.32 crore. The smallest portion is of 8,900 square meters, which Ranbir has bought for Rs 1.40 crore. The total cost of all four parts of the land is Rs 16.42 crore. For this, Ranbir has paid Rs 82.13 lakh as stamp duty.

Bought land in Ayodhya in May
Ranbir Kapoor Are continuously investing in real estate. In the month of May this year, he had purchased 2,134 square feet of land in The Saryu Project in Ayodhya. Its price was said to be Rs 3.31 crore. The House of Abhinandan Lodha is developing this project. It is situated on the banks of river Saryu, which also has a luxury hotel, which is being managed by The Leela.
Apartment rented for five years
Ranbir Kapoor now lives in his newly built Krishna Raj bungalow. It has been built in the form of a multi-storey building which is the old residence of the Kapoor family. Ranbir now lives here with his family. Earlier he lived in Vastu Building, which he has now given on rent for 5 years. In May 2026, he had given the 2,460 square feet apartment on rent for Rs 11 lakh per month for five years. It was bought by Ranbir in 2016 for Rs 35 crore and it was designed by Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan.
