CEO appointment process expedited

Let us tell you that after the offering incident in Ram temple, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has accelerated the process of appointment of the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the direction of making the temple administration more transparent and professional. The three-member search committee formed for the selection of CEO will soon hold an online meeting and decide the application process and selection criteria. According to sources, the progress of the selection process or possible names may also be discussed in the trust meeting proposed on July 22.

On what basis will the CEO be selected?

According to information received from sources, the CEO will not be selected only on the basis of administrative experience, but the candidate’s honesty, leadership ability, religious faith and experience of running big institutions will also be tested. Detailed background verification and personal interview will be made mandatory in the selection process. The committee will decide about 10 major criteria, on the basis of which applications will be invited from interested candidates. After this, after scrutiny of documents, service records, character verification and interview, eligible names will be placed before the Trust.
