Ram temple offering stolen: BJP MLC writes letter to PM Modi, know what is demanded

BJP Legislative Council Member (MLC) Devendra Pratap Singh has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi amid the investigation into the theft of Ram Temple offerings. MLC Devendra Pratap Singh from Gorakhpur has written in the letter that the Prabhu Shri Ram temple issue is the center of faith and belief of crores of countrymen. The whole country is saddened by the theft of donation box in the temple, the people who have committed this crime have hurt the faith and trust of the entire Hindu society.

He further wrote that this incident proves that all the officials who were responsible for the management of the temple and the trust have failed to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity and honesty. He raised the question through the letter that not taking any action despite knowing about the theft incident makes the integrity of all of them doubtful.

Learn from the management of South Indian temples

MLC Devendra Pratap Singh has written in his letter that there has been no incident of theft in the temples of South India for hundreds of years. We should learn from the management of South India, the Trust and the temple officials have not fulfilled their responsibilities responsibly, the result of which is the incident of theft.

All officials of the trust should be removed

During this time he also raised questions on the officials. He wrote that all the officials associated with the trust and temple management of Ram temple are not worthy of continuing on their posts. There will be public trust only when the entire executive and all the officials associated with the management are shown the way out.

He has written in his letter that he has also given some suggestions to maintain faith and trust. Which is written to be considered.

1. The descendants of Lord Shri Ram should be kept in the trust on priority basis.
2. The families of those who have sacrificed their lives should be kept in a trust.
3. The responsibility of the trust should be given to those who led the Prabhu Shri Ram temple construction movement and their family members.
