Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday unveiled the statues of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Ashok Singhal at Prerna Park in Prayagraj. During this, while addressing the public meeting, he remembered senior leader of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and mass leader of Ram Mandir movement, Ashok Singhal.

CM Yogi said that the soul of India resides in Sanatan Dharma and Lord Shri Ram is the original source of the soul of India. Seen in one way, Ram itself means nation. And if there is any name that can bind the nation of India in the thread of unity from North to South, then it is the name of Ram. He said that what we are seeing today in Ayodhya, the grand temple of Ayodhya was the dream of Ashok Singhal ji. Which has been completed today. Many workers of Sanatan have sacrificed their lives for this.

Conch sound of Ram temple movement under the leadership of Singhal

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that in 1980 to 90, only one slogan resonated, Ram Lala we will come, we will build the temple; This youth is useless if it is not useful for the temple. He said that the youth of that time had sounded the conch shell in the country under the leadership of Ashok Singhal. The result of that is that today a grand Ram temple has been built in Ayodhya.

Started the speech with Siyawar Ramchandra ki Jai

Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi started his speech with the slogan “Siyavar Ramchandra ki Jai”. They also praised Lord Hanuman, Mother Ganga, Mother Saraswati and Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. On the occasion of unveiling of the statues of great personalities, he said that today is a very important day for us. Today, 125 years of the birth of a great personality of Indian politics are being completed.

Tribute paid to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee

Referring to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, he said that he was a person whose life was dedicated to the nationalism, unity and integrity of India. A great educationist and freedom fighter who served in the Cabinet of independent India. Who had said that “there cannot be two constitutions and two flags in one country”. I bow to his memory and pay tribute to him.

Earlier, river banks were misused

He said that earlier, the areas along the river banks were often misused, but now, statues of great personalities have been installed here. When the British conspired to hand over the entire West Bengal to Pakistan, it was Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee who raised his voice against it. He saved the whole of Bengal from becoming a part of Pakistan.
He said that when we are celebrating his 125th birth anniversary, BJP’s lotus has blossomed in West Bengal too, but this lotus is a symbol of development, good governance and security.

PM Modi made Mukherjee’s dreams come true

Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee represented the Hindu Mahasabha and became a minister in the country’s first government. He resigned from his post for the national interest and integrity of India, thereafter, he laid the foundation of Bharatiya Jana Sangh. CM Yogi said that Prime Minister Modi has worked to make his dreams come true. Article 370 has been removed in Kashmir. Home Minister Amit Shah canceled Article 370 and connected Kashmir with the mainstream of the country like other states.

Unveiling the statue of former Prime Minister is a matter of good fortune

He said that fulfilling the resolve of our ancestors is the true expression of gratitude towards them. What should be the political stability and purity in India? In this regard, Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee presented an ideal before the country. He served as MP, Minister and Prime Minister for six decades. Still, there was never any stain on him.
It was my good fortune that when he became the Prime Minister, I became a Member of Parliament. Today I had the privilege of unveiling the statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
