
Preparations have been made for major action against accused Luvkush Mishra in the Ram Temple donation theft case. Ayodhya Development Authority has served a notice to his wife regarding illegal house construction. The authority has sent a notice to Lavkush’s wife on the alleged unauthorized construction of the house built in his name. On the other hand, the police has intensified its investigation in the donation theft case. This information has been given by police sources.
According to PTI, according to ADA (Ayodhya Development Authority) sources, construction of Lavkush’s house is going on in Banveerpur village of Sohawal tehsil. The land on which the house was built was purchased in the name of Lavkush’s wife Supriya. Now information is coming to light that the construction has been done without taking necessary approval from the authority. Meanwhile, police sources said that investigators had also searched Lavkush’s residence on Wednesday. Not only this, his family members were also interrogated.
Police will tighten the noose on Avinash!
Meanwhile, police sources indicated that investigators may take strict legal action against accused Avinash Shukla in the donation theft case. The highest amount of cash has been found so far from this person. Rs 20.39 lakh have been recovered from Avinash, Rs 18.07 lakh from Karunesh Pandey, Rs 14.25 lakh from Lavkush Mishra, Rs 16.82 lakh from Anukalp Mishra, Rs 7.32 lakh from Ramashankar Mishra and Rs 1 lakh from Ramashankar alias Tinu.

Police say that during the investigation, about 11 grams of gold, about 375 grams of silver and 1121 US dollars were also recovered. In a significant seizure, investigators seized a donation box labeled ‘Ramrajya Kosh’ with a Paytm QR code from a yoga center in Ayodhya, where Avinash Shukla was staying for almost a decade, sources said.
The embezzlement case came to light on June 7
Let us tell you that the alleged embezzlement in donations to Ram temple came to light on June 7. Later, following the initial report of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the UP government, an FIR was registered on June 25. Police say that in this case, 8 people associated with the donation-counting process of the temple have been arrested and investigation is going on.
