Ram Mandir Donation Case: A big revelation has come to light in the case of theft of Ram temple offerings. According to sources, investigation by Ayodhya Police has revealed that maximum theft took place in Ram temple during Mahakumbh. Ayodhya Police will also write a letter to ED to investigate this matter. According to the police, out of the 8 arrested accused, some of the accused used to commit small thefts even before Kumbh.

But during Kumbh, there was a huge increase in the amount of offerings and donations in the temple, which the accused took advantage of and together committed a major theft. Police claim that the entire conspiracy of theft was hatched by all the 8 accused together. Investigation has revealed that brother-in-law and brother-in-law duo Luvkush Mishra and Anukalp Mishra stole the maximum amount.

Brother-in-law and brother-in-law committed a great sin

According to the police, this couple also bought the maximum number of properties with the stolen money. In the investigation so far, the police has received information about more than half a dozen properties related to the two. Ayodhya Police is also taking the help of the Income Tax Department to thoroughly investigate the financial transactions and properties of the accused. During the investigation, the role of some SBI employees has also come under the suspicion of the police.

Now ED will enter into the investigation of the case

Ayodhya Police will also write a letter to ED to investigate this matter, so that the money trail and financial transactions can be investigated in depth. At the same time, maximum cash was recovered on the behest of Avinash Shukla. On the other hand, the problems of Champat Rai and Anil Mishra have increased. The heat of investigation has now reached the functioning of the Trust and its donation management system. The police have started scanning the entire network.

Mahakumbh ran for 44-45 days in Prayagraj

Let us tell you that Mahakumbh started in Prayagraj on 13 January 2025. It ended with Mahashivratri on 26 February 2025. This lasted a total of 44-45 days. More than 60 crore people took a dip of faith in it. Although initially the estimate was Rs 40-45 crores, but gradually this figure kept increasing. There was the biggest crowd on the last day. This was the largest religious gathering in the world. The Uttar Pradesh government and administration had made all the arrangements in a very systematic manner.
