When Lord Vishnu was giving nectar to the gods in the form of Mohini, the demon named Swarabhanu saw this deceit of Shri Hari and secretly changed his form and then went and sat in the row of the gods and drank the nectar. At that time the Sun and Moon gods recognized him and told his truth to Lord Vishnu. After this, Lord Vishnu immediately fired Sudarshan Chakra on him.
