- Prosit Roy’s Vision: ‘Paatal Lok’ director Prosit Roy’s skill of making dark and grippy thrillers is clearly visible in this trailer.
- Sonali Bendre’s emotional avatar: After a long time, seeing Sonali in a role which is different from her other characters will be a big attraction for the audience.
- Ali Fazal’s Grey-Shaded Policing: The story of a cop who is struggling with his own personal life problems, but leaves no stone unturned in solving the case.

Which 5 things seemed ‘missing’ in the trailer?
Even though the trailer is powerful, there are some things which could have made this trailer better from the audience’s point of view,
- The criminals’ side: There is very little glimpse of the background or mentality of the criminals (Ranga-Billa) in the trailer. If glimpses of their characters were shown, the excitement would have increased.
- Screen Time of Supporting Cast: It is still a mystery what the roles of Rakesh Bedi and other supporting actors are. He should have got a little more space in the trailer.
- Clarity of the story: In order to maintain suspense, the trailer seems quite ‘jumbled’. Those who do not know about this case will keep wondering whether it is just kidnapping or some big political conspiracy?
- Edge in dialogues: The visuals in the trailer are heavy, but except a few dialogues by Ali Fazal, the rest of the dialogues seemed a bit ‘generic’. Punch-lines are very important for a great crime thriller.
- Sensitivity and Treatment: Will the series be able to fully capture the kind of sensitivity that was required while filming this case in the 70s? Some scenes in the trailer seem a bit ‘sensitive’, balancing which will be a big challenge for the makers.
