In Amazon Prime Video's series Rakh, the characters of Ranga-Billa have been slightly changed and named 'Rajjo' and 'Babu'. In this series, the role of Babu is played by Akash Makhija and the character of Rajjo is played by Ramandeep Yadav. The acting of both has won the hearts of people. Ramandeep Yadav, who plays the character of Rajjo in 'Rakh', is a resident of Chandigarh. Before 'Rakh', Ramandeep had worked in Anurag Kashyap's films 'Manmarziyaan' and 'Campus Diaries'. Akash Makhija, who played the role of 'Babu' in Ram, is known for his roles in TV shows like 'Sargam Ki Saade Sati' and 'Har Mard Ka Dard'. Recently he was seen in Prime Video's show 'Gram Chikitsalay'. Apart from this, Akash Makhija has also appeared in Bollywood films 'Half Girlfriend' and 'Bhool Chook Maaf'. Ali Fazal's series 'Rakh' is based on a kidnapping case that happened in Delhi, which shocked the entire country. This series shows how two notorious criminals Ranga and Billa kidnapped two children in 1978 and then killed them. After this incident, both the criminals were hanged in Tihar Jail in 1982.
