
A major exercise was seen on Saturday amid the investigation into the Ram Mandir donation theft case. Sources say that the first meeting of the search committee constituted for the post of CEO of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra was held in Delhi. Justice Pramod Kohli (retd), Lieutenant General (retd) Vishnukant Chaturvedi and former chairman of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust Suresh Howde joined the committee.
Sources say that the criteria for the interested people were decided in today’s meeting, in which it was said that the minimum educational qualification should be graduate. Must have 20 years of experience in administration or finance. A person with experience in temple management will get preference. The applicant should be from Hindu religion. After deciding these criteria, applications can now be made for the post of CEO till July 18.
CEO will have to stay in Ayodhya only
Applications can be sent through the mail ID, which is being created. After receiving the applications, the committee will discuss with the applicants. Initially the CEO will be appointed for three years. After selection he will have to stay in Ayodhya only. Apart from this, the committee has also decided to appoint a secretary to assist in the process. An effort is being made to complete the process of CEO selection in one month.
Big statement from the chairman of the construction committee
On the other hand, a big statement has come from Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra. He said that manipulation in donations is a kind of stigma. Everyone is feeling insulted by this. Mishra expressed confidence that the system will improve and such incidents will not happen in future. He also said that whoever is found guilty in the investigation of the case will be given strict punishment.
On the process of selection of CEO, Mishra said, a three-member committee has been formed for the appointment of the new CEO of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. She will take the final decision. He said that I have also taken stock of the ongoing construction work. The work of the old temple is almost completed. Now arrangements have to be made for the flame which will keep burning 24 hours. The last phase of temple construction will be completed by July 30.
