
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Delhi today after completing his tour of 5 countries. As soon as he reaches Delhi, PM Modi will attend the meeting of the Council of Ministers on Thursday. This meeting is considered very important amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. The Council of Ministers is being held after about 11 months. It is believed that this meeting may last for several hours and during this time many ministries will also have to give their respective presentations.
Amid speculations about a possible reshuffle in the central government, everyone’s attention will be on today’s meeting of the Modi Council of Ministers. This meeting is taking place after about 11 months. The meeting will start at 4:30 pm today and is likely to last for about 4-5 hours.
List of schemes sought from ministries
Earlier, on June 4 last year, a meeting of Modi Council of Ministers was held. On June 9, Modi government is completing 12 years at the Centre. The report of the work of the last 12 years will also be given. That is why a list of successful schemes run in the last 12 years has been sought from all the ministries.
During the meeting, about a dozen ministries are going to give presentations regarding reforms in their respective ministries. Among the important ministries where presentation is to be given, along with Finance and Railways, Secretaries of Ministries like Energy, Commerce, Labour, Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Road Transport, Atomic Energy and DPIIT etc. will give presentation.
The meeting is very important amid the Middle East crisis
Before this, all the ministries have submitted information about the steps taken for reforms in the last two years to the Cabinet Secretariat. This was done after the instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Will give information about the steps taken by the ministries towards reforms and changes in their respective departments. We will also tell what kind of improvements will be made in future.
