Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday said that people from all over the world are coming to see the Sangh’s work and asking if the organization can teach them how to train the youth of their respective countries. While addressing an event here, Bhagwat also tried to refute the notion that the Sangh controls or operates behind the scenes all the organizations in which its volunteers are associated.
He was addressing a gathering organized on the occasion of public telecast of the YouTube video Dr. Hedgewar: Modern Age Shalivahan. During this program, Mohan Bhagwat also released 100 videos based on the lives of RSS pracharaks as part of the centenary celebrations of the Sangh. Pracharaks are full-time volunteers of RSS, who work for the expansion of the organization.
Top priority for volunteers
Mohan Bhagwat said that the top priority of RSS and its volunteers is to create such personalities who are capable of serving in various fields of the society. He said how to make an ideal human being. Such an effective method is not available anywhere in the world. Earlier I used to discuss this, but now this thing has become visible to everyone, because people from India and abroad come and see the work of RSS.
He said one more thing everyone says. People came from all five continents and everyone said the same thing. Whoever comes here asks – Will you guys give us such training, so that we can give similar training to the youth of our country?
Living life according to the values of RSS
Mohan Bhagwat said, RSS is not limited to activities only. Activities are another quality of a volunteer. He said that the first quality is to live life in accordance with the life values of RSS. People often mistakenly believe that because Sangh volunteers are running various activities in many organizations, the RSS itself runs them all or controls them from the central level or from behind the scenes. People believe so, but the reality is not.
power to protect religion
He said that the mission of RSS is not limited only to personality building, but also to make the nation victorious and preserve the power to protect religion. The RSS chief said that those who are part of the Hindu nation should protect the religion of the country and follow it themselves.

He said that we have to give the message of religion to the whole world. Protecting religion includes keeping it safe from external attacks. Its protection is also its protection and religion is protected only by following it and by doing this we will make our nation very glorious and powerful. Bhagwat said that the world now expects India to show the right path, but this will be possible only when India becomes glorious and powerful.
He said that as the RSS is expanding its operations, the society has started showing more respect and acceptance towards the organization. He said that the neglect that the Sangh had to face in its initial years is now gradually ending.
