Peddi Ticket Price Hike: South superstar Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s film ‘Peddi’ is releasing in theaters tomorrow i.e. on 4th June. A day before the release, the makers of ‘Peddi’ have got great news. Telangana government has approved to increase the price of movie tickets. The makers had sought approval from the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments to increase the prices of ‘Peddi’ tickets. The Andhra Pradesh government had already approved the appeal. Now on Wednesday, the Telangana government has also given permission to increase the prices.

The Telangana government has issued an order, directing theaters to ‘Peddi‘It has been said to give approval to increase the price of tickets. However, this approval will be for some time. Single screen theaters can increase the price of peddi tickets by Rs 100 (including GST), while multiplexes have been allowed to increase the price by Rs 125 (including GST). Apart from this, special premiere shows have also been approved on June 3, the price of which can be kept at Rs 600. The changed ticket prices will be applicable for 10 days from the date of release. It is certain that the box office collection of ‘Peddi’ will benefit from the increase in ticket prices.

Where did the advance booking of ‘Peddi’ reach?

Advance booking of ‘Peddi’ has opened. Till around 3 pm on Wednesday afternoon, 3 lakh 54 thousand 501 tickets of the film have been booked, the price of which is around Rs 8.55 crore. This booking has been done for 5626 shows. Apart from this, booking of ‘Peddi’ with block seats has been done for around Rs 14 crores. Worldwide advance booking of the film has crossed the figure of Rs 12 crore. There is a huge buzz about the film in North America.

‘Peddi’ is directed by Buchi Babu Sana. This is a sports drama film, in which Ram Charan Has played the role of a pedi wrestler. He will also be seen playing cricket in the film. Apart from Ram Charan and Janhvi, Shiv Rajkumar, Jagapati Babu and Mirzapur fame actor Divyendu will be seen in important roles in the film.
