
Peddi: South superstar Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ is still far away from clearing the budget. The budget of the film is Rs 350 crore and till now it has not even crossed the Rs 300 crore mark. Although the film had a great start and is still doing business on weekdays. But the place from where Ram Charan expected the most was North Belt. From there the film’s earnings have been very low. Or should I say that the way Janhvi Kapoor has been presented in the film, the fans did not like her. Its effect is visible now. Well, the film has earned Rs 7.55 crore at the Indian box office on the seventh day. Also, the total number of shows was 7,535 and the occupancy was 17.3 percent. There has been a 22.2 percent decline in earnings over the past day.
Finally the report of SACNILC has come out. According to which, Ram Charan ‘Peddi’ has so far earned a total of Rs 187.25 crore from India. Whereas, the gross box office collection has also reached Rs 222.53 crore. Talking about overseas, the film has done a business of Rs 80 lakh on the last day. Also, till now a total of Rs 48.80 crore has been earned from there. With this the worldwide box office collection has reached Rs 271.33 crore.
How much did ‘Peddi’ earn from where on the seventh day?
Actually Peddi has done a total business of Rs 7.55 crore on the seventh day. Which is much less than Tuesday, because the film did a business of Rs 9.70 crore. However, it earned Rs 1.25 crore from Hindi last day. The film has made a business of Rs 7 lakh from Kannada, Rs 2 lakh from Malayalam, Rs 11 lakh from Tamil and Rs 6.10 crore from Telugu. Along with this, the total occupancy of the film is only 21.58 percent, which is good so far. The film is being watched the most in the evening.
‘Peddi’ left these 10 films behind
Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ is included in the list of films which earned less than Rs 7.55 crore at the Indian box office on Wednesday. Whose collection was Rs 7.51 crore. After this comes many big films including ‘Baaghi 3’, ‘Dream Girl 2’, ‘Race 3’, ‘Bang-Bang’, ‘Shivaay’, ‘Vikram Vedha’, ‘Chhichhore’, ‘OMG 2’, ‘Devra’, ‘Raees’, ‘Padman’, ‘Total Dhamaal’, ‘Housefull 5’, ‘Saaho’ and ‘Rocky Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Films of Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan and Akshay Kumar are also included in this list.
Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ sets the game
Actually, Ram Charan’s previous film was Game Changer, which was made for Rs 450 crore. But the film flopped badly and after that it was even more important for Peddi to perform well. Which the film has finally done.
