Khan sir, a famous teacher of Bihar and founder of Khan Global Studies, surrendered on Saturday (June 6) in the case of violence and alleged firing in the coaching institute. A case has been registered against him under the Arms Act. The police was searching for him in the firing case. It is alleged that he got the firing done by asking the bodyguards.
In this case, the police had already arrested two of his security guards and sent them to jail. Khan Sir was also named as an accused and a case was registered under serious sections. Last Friday night, the police team reached the coaching center to arrest him but Khan sir was not found there. During this, the police encountered the crowd of students present there. The students protested against the police action, however, the police showed strictness and expelled the students from the coaching center and its surrounding areas.
Attack on Khan Global Studies Coaching Institute
Actually, this matter started on June 2 from Musallahpur Haat area of the capital Patna, where some people attacked and vandalized the Khan Global Studies Coaching Institute. During this, the security guards of the coaching institute fired several rounds from rifles. The matter came into limelight after the video of this incident went viral on social media.
Two security guards arrested
Here, this controversy is also being linked to the competition and fight for supremacy among the coaching institutes of Patna. After investigation, the police arrested Roshan Anand, director of rival coaching institute Gyan Bindu, considering him as the main accused and sent him to jail. Here, on the basis of the viral video, the police detained Khan sir’s two security guards Pradeep and Taleshwar and interrogated them. According to the police, both of them confessed to the firing, after which they were arrested and sent to jail and their weapons were confiscated.
Khan sir surrendered in court
An FIR was also registered against Khan sir in connection with the vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies. The sword of arrest was hanging since the Arms Act and FIR of attempt to murder was registered. Now he himself has surrendered in the court. After the FIR was registered, Bihar Police was searching for alias Khan sir. Police force was deployed outside his coaching center.
