Time for Sarvartha Siddhi and Shobhan Yoga on Parma Ekadashi

On Parma Ekadashi, there will be Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga throughout the day on 11th June. Shobhan Yoga will continue from morning till 1 pm on June 12. It is believed that work done in Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga leads to success. Whereas Shobhan Yoga is good for worship and auspicious works. On this day Revati Nakshatra will remain till 08:16 in the morning. After this there will be Ashwini Nakshatra.

Importance of worship on Parma Ekadashi

Since, the fast of Parma Ekadashi comes once in three years in Adhikamas. Therefore, fasting and worship on this day is considered very important. The month of Adhikamas has been dedicated to Lord Vishnu only. This is also called Purushottam month. According to religious texts, fasting and worshiping on Parama Ekadashi frees a person from sins and gets the blessings of Lord Vishnu. Worshiping Lord Vishnu on this day brings happiness, prosperity and peace in life by his grace. Remembering the name of Lord Vishnu gives many times more results.

Parma Ekadashi puja method

• On the day of Parma Ekadashi, wake up early in the morning, take bath and wear clean clothes.
• After this, clean the worship place and install the idol or picture of Lord Vishnu.
• Offer yellow flowers, Tulsi leaves, fruits and Panchamrit to Lord Vishnu.
• After this, chant Vishnu Sahasranama, Vishnu Chalisa or Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya mantra.
• During puja, light a ghee lamp and perform aarti of God.
• Then the next day on Dwadashi Tithi, after completing the rituals, the fast is considered complete.
