Paper leak, fast track court… Union Minister Prahlad Joshi said – we are ready for debate, targeted Rahul

July 23, 2026 by Uma Shankar

Amidst the ongoing protests in Delhi over the NEET paper leak issue, Union Minister Prahlad Joshi said that we are ready for debate. Taking aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, he also said that ‘the leaders who had earlier said that they wanted a debate, later started putting conditions. The government is ready for this and the Government of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is very sensitive about this matter. We are sensitive about the future of the students. The examination system and the future of our youth are also part of ‘developed India’.

He said that the Prime Minister has talked about fast-track courts and 14 people involved in the paper leak have been arrested. We are ready to discuss how to stop this through collective understanding. Actually, PM Modi has decided to create a fast track court to give quick and strict punishment to the people involved in the paper leak. He gave this information through social media and said that he has directed the concerned officers and employees to take all necessary steps in this regard and this is one of the measures taken with the aim of protecting the interests of the students.

The culprits will not be spared

PM Modi has posted on social media platform X (Twitter), ‘The interest of the youth of the country and their future is our top priority. In order to give stringent punishment to the culprits in all paper leak cases as soon as possible, fast track courts will be constituted for speedy disposal of the cases. Instructions have been given in this regard that the concerned departments should ensure necessary action. This is an important step in the series of decisions being taken by the government to safeguard the interests of students. Anyone playing with the future of the youth will not be spared.

What did Tripura CM say?

On PM Modi’s announcement of setting up fast-track courts, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said, ‘Whenever we see any problem somewhere, we know that he (PM Modi) will take action. We saw that he said that he will not spare anyone and has also announced a fast-track system. These opposition parties, especially INDIA alliance and communists, are deliberately doing this and helping. NEET exam was conducted for 20 lakh people in a very short time, it is not that easy. This was done all over the country and the students were also very happy. Those who are not happy are the people of the opposition.

Former Kerala BJP president speaks on fast track court

Apart from this, former Governor of Mizoram and former President of Kerala (Kerala) BJP Kummanam Rajasekharan also said, ‘It is clear from the actions of the opposition parties that they are trying to spread disturbance or incite violence in the country. She wants to create an environment that disturbs law and order. Even though the Prime Minister and the Central Government have announced to take many strict steps in this matter, the protesters are still demanding the resignation of the Union Education Minister. The protesters are not trying to resolve this issue, they want to create an atmosphere of chaos and anarchy in the entire country. It is clear that their aim is not to find a peaceful solution to this movement, but to create an atmosphere of chaos throughout India.
