In the NEET UG paper leak case, accused Mangilal Biwal, Vikas Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, Yash Yadav and Dhananjay Lokhande were produced in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday (June 2). Meanwhile, accused Yash Yadav sought permission to keep books for the preparation of NEET UG exam. Yash has applied for this. This exam is to be held on 21st June.
Accused Yash Yadav says that he has to appear for NEET UG exam and he needs books to prepare for it. In such a situation, he has filed an application in the court asking for permission to keep the books.

Judicial custody of accused extended till June 15
Today accused Mangilal Biwal, Vikas Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, Yash Yadav and Dhananjay Lokhande were produced in Rouse Avenue Court, after the expiry of the previous judicial custody period. The court has extended the judicial custody of all the accused till June 15.

Two more accused arrested
New revelations are being made every day in the NEET UG paper leak case. CBI is investigating this case in many states including Maharashtra, Haryana, Rajasthan. A few days ago, two more people were arrested in this case. A doctor from Latur was also included among them. According to CBI, accused doctor Dr. Shirure had given chemistry papers to 3 students. One of the accused was also the son of a coaching center operator.
Investigation revealed that the papers were obtained from accused P.V. Kulkarni. Whereas, the second arrested accused was Tejas Harshadkumar Shah. Tejas is the Physics Faculty at Dr. Abhang Prabhu Medical Academy (APMA), Pune. It is alleged that he had obtained leaked Physics questions of NEET-UG 2026 from the arrested accused Manisha Hawaldar.
