Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai reached All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur today and paid heartfelt tribute to world famous Pandwani singer Dr. Teejan Bai, who was awarded Padma Vibhushan, by placing a wreath on the mortal remains of her. He met the bereaved family members and expressed his condolences.
