Chinese smartphone company Oppo on Monday launched two new smartphones Oppo Reno 16 Pro and Oppo Reno 16 in the domestic market. Apart from this, the company has also launched Oppo Pad 6. The company has introduced Oppo Reno 16 Pro and Oppo Reno 16 with a powerful camera, big battery and new MediaTek processor. The special thing is that Reno 16 Pro has a 200 megapixel camera and a large battery of 7000mAh. Both smartphones run on Android 16 based ColorOS 16 and also have a 50MP selfie camera. Sales of the new Renault series will start in China from May 29.
how much is the price
The starting price of Oppo Reno 16 is 3,499 Chinese Yuan i.e. about 49 thousand rupees. This price is for 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Whereas the price of its top 16GB RAM and 1TB storage model goes up to around Rs 69 thousand. On the other hand, the starting price of Oppo Reno 16 Pro is 4,499 Chinese Yuan i.e. about 63 thousand rupees. The price of its high end variant reaches around Rs 74 thousand. The company has launched Reno 16 in Galaxy Purple, Heartbeat and Moonlight is Dark color options. Reno 16 Pro will be available in Dream White, Heartbeat and Moonlight is Dark shades.
What is special about display and processor?
Oppo Reno 16 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits peak brightness. Whereas Reno 16 has a 6.32 inch 1.5K OLED display. Both phones have 240Hz touch sampling rate and excellent color support. For performance, Reno 16 Pro has MediaTek Dimension 9500s processor, while Reno 16 has Dimension 8550 Super chipset. Both smartphones support up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 3.1 storage. The company claims that both the phones come with IP69K rating.

Triple rear camera setup has been given in both Oppo Reno 16 Pro and Reno 16. It has a 200MP primary camera, which comes with OIS support. Apart from this, 50MP ultra wide camera and 50MP periscope telephoto camera is also provided, which supports 3.5x optical zoom. Both phones have a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calling. The phones support 4K 60fps video recording. Talking about battery, Reno 16 Pro has a 7000mAh battery, while Reno 16 has a 6700mAh battery. Both phones support 80W fast charging, but the wireless charging feature is provided only in the Pro model.
Oppo Pad 6 also launched
Oppo Pad 6 has also been launched in China on Monday. This tablet is the successor of Oppo Pad 5 and has a large 12.1 inch LCD screen, whose resolution is 3000 × 2120 pixels. The display has a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, due to which the experience of scrolling and gaming can be quite smooth. For performance, MediaTek Dimension 9500s processor has been provided in Oppo Pad 6. The tablet supports up to 16GB RAM. This device runs on Android 16 based ColorOS 16. For photography, it has an 8 megapixel rear camera. For power, the tablet has a large battery of 10,420mAh, which claims to be used for a long time.
