A player, on the condition of anonymity, said, ‘PHF has announced that we will get a daily allowance of US$ 110 for foreign tours, including the World Cup qualifying tournament played in Egypt, but we will trust it only when we are given this money.’ The player alleged that PHF officials had made similar promises earlier also, but never fulfilled them.
