OMG! How is a school copy made? The entire process of making it is shown in the viral video.

Copies used in school, college and office are a part of everyone’s life. Children use them for studies, while elders use them for writing important notes and work. But hardly anyone would have ever thought that a ordinary How many steps do one have to go through to prepare a copy that looks like this? This video going viral showed people how copies are made in the factory.

The video starts with big sheets of paper. First of all these huge sheets are cut into uniform sizes with the help of machines. A lot of care is taken in this work so that every page is exactly equal. After this these pages are kept in the correct order. Marking is done on them through machines and then the index page is set. As simple as this process may seem, it actually demands the same amount of precision.

After this, the pages of the copy are arranged in a line. Then a cover is put on them so that the copy can get an attractive look. It was shown in the video that after putting the cover, the copies are stapled, so that all the pages remain firmly attached. After this a plastic sheet is placed on them. This plastic layer not only makes the copy stronger but also protects it from getting damaged quickly.

After the copy is ready, the next step is its cutting. With the help of machines, the edges of the copies are given uniform shape so that their finishing look looks better. After this the finished copies are packed in bundles and then made ready to be sent to the market. People are getting very impressed after seeing the whole process, because very few people had the idea that so much hard work is hidden behind this thing which is used daily.

This video has been shared on Instagram with an account named namma__oorukaaran. This video quickly went viral as soon as it was uploaded on social media. Thousands of people have seen it and are continuously giving their feedback on it. Some people praised the hard work of the factory workers, while others said that they now understood how much process is involved in producing a simple copy.
