An Indian woman living in Dubai is in the news these days on social media. The reason for this is his luxurious 1BHK apartment and the huge rent paid on it. The woman shared the video of her house on social media, in which she told that she pays about 1,20,000 Australian dollars i.e. about Rs 31 lakh as rent for this apartment every year. As soon as this information came out, a debate started among people on the internet whether it is right to pay this much rent or not.
This video has been shared by Nitika Mehta on Instagram from her account @initikamehta. In the video, she is seen giving a tour of her beautiful house. The apartment is located in Dubai Marina area and its biggest feature is its fantastic location and breathtaking sea view. It is shown in the video that the house has a comfortable living room and a large bedroom. Beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding areas can be seen from both the places. Apart from this, the house also has two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a modern kitchen with a separate utility space and a large balcony opening towards the sea.

Nitika told that her favorite place in this house is its balcony. From here they get a spectacular view of the Dubai Eye. In the video, he jokingly said that the beautiful sunsets seen here make him forget the worries of his expensive rent for a few minutes. He also told that this apartment is part of one of the Premium Residential Projects of Emaar. People living here get many premium facilities. These include swimming pools, modern gyms, squash courts and are present in the entire cluster. Apart from this, this apartment is “chiller-free”, which means that the people living here do not have to pay extra money for air conditioning.
In the caption of the post, Nitika also shared the story of her new house. She told that till some time ago it was just another apartment for her, which she had gone to see. But after seeing and comparing many places, finally he found this house the best and he decided to make it his new home. Nitika wrote that she had seen houses in many areas of Dubai, but there were some things about this apartment which won her heart. The large windows, the beautiful view of the marina, the sunsets overlooking the beach and the abundance of natural light throughout the house made them feel that this was the place they were looking for.
She further told that when she came to live here, the apartment was fully furnished. Almost everything needed was already present in the house. They even had to buy new spoons, cutlery and coasters. With time, she also decorated some mementoes of her old house here, which she had brought with her from Gurugram, India. According to him, some things are not just objects, but have emotions attached to them, hence it is not easy to leave them behind.
