After every such case, people once again start discussing whether the work environment in the country is becoming more stressful and unhealthy.
These days also a similar video is being shared rapidly on social media, which has attracted people’s attention. It is being claimed that this video is of a bank branch. Many people were surprised to see the scene seen in the video. It is being told that the bank staff wanted to go home after completing their duty, but the manager locked the main gate to prevent them from going out.

Therefore the viral claim could not be independently confirmed. Despite this, the video is spreading rapidly on the internet and people are openly giving their opinion on it.
In the video, a person, said to be a bank manager, is seen standing near the main entrance of the branch. He closes the gate and then locks it. The employees present in the video repeatedly tell him that office hours are over and now he should be allowed to go home. But instead of listening to them, the manager says in clear words that no employee will go out until all the work is completed.

Many people say that if the claim shown in the video is true, then it can be considered a violation of the rights of the employees. He says that it is not at all right to keep any employee in the office against his will or force him to work overtime. People trolled such work culture, calling it an example of bad and toxic work culture.
