'Obsession', the second film of Carrie Barker's career, received a lot of praise at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2025 and now it is breaking box office earning records as soon as it is released. This horror film has got a rating of 8.2 on IMDb. Michael Johnston and Andy Navarrete are seen in lead roles in the film. You will be surprised to know that 'Obsession' was ready in just one month. The story of 'Obsession' revolves around a shy boy (Bear), who likes his co-worker (Nikki). But is unable to say it clearly. Instead of expressing his love to Nikki, Bear asks for a love wish from Nikki using a magical toy (One Wish Willow). Bear's wish comes true, but the consequences are unbearable. After her wish is fulfilled, Nikki becomes completely obsessed with Bear. The intoxication of love increases so much that it goes out of control and at first everything seems normal to Bear, but it becomes impossible to get rid of this obsession. The film is not a family entertainer at all. There are many adult and kissing scenes in the film and there is also a lot of violence. Due to this, the censor also cut two scenes from the film.
