A day after the Iranian missile attack on the American military base in Jordan, America has carried out massive air strikes on Iran. According to American media reports, on the morning of Thursday, July 30, the US Army targeted several Iranian targets. The US Central Command (CENTCOM) also confirmed these attacks and said that this action has been taken in response to the attacks on American bases in Jordan.
Trump said- now it is our turn
Before the attacks, US President Donald Trump had indicated that a strong response would be given to Iran. While talking to journalists in the Oval Office, Trump had said that now it is our turn. We are going to attack them very strongly. They know this is going to happen. Trump also claimed that Iran had admitted that the missile launch was a mistake and had requested the US not to retaliate.
Action resumed after a five-day break
This latest American attack on Iran has happened after a pause of five days. Before this, the US Army had attacked Iranian targets for 13 consecutive days. After this, military action was halted for a few days, but after the missile attack on the American base in Jordan, America has again started retaliating.

News of explosions in many parts of Iran
After the American attacks, Iranian state media confirmed explosions in many parts of the country. According to state broadcaster IRIB, the explosions were heard in Bushehr province, where Iran’s only nuclear power plant is located. Apart from this, many explosions have also been reported in southern areas.
Tasnim news agency reported that there were three explosions on Qeshm Island. According to local people, a missile fell in a residential area, although there was no immediate confirmation of any casualties. Press TV also reported explosions at many places after the American attacks.
Attacks on Abadan, Bandar Abbas and islands also
IRIB quoted a deputy security minister as saying that US forces targeted some targets in Abadan in Khuzestan province. Apart from this, explosions have also been reported on Bandar Abbas, Abu Musa, Kish and Qeshm islands of Hormozgan province. The officials clarified that there is no information about any attack on Sirik city.
