Ban on gathering of 5 or more people

According to police advisory, demonstration is allowed at Jantar Mantar with prior permission. But, apart from this, protest marches, processions, demonstrations or gathering of five or more people is completely prohibited. Police said that the monsoon session of Parliament is starting from July 20. Therefore, huge arrangements have been made for the safety of common people, safety of VIPs and security of government buildings.

Delhi Police has warned that legal action will be taken against anyone breaking the prohibitory orders. Earlier, Sonam Wangchuk said that if the government takes responsibility for the recent irregularities in the education system (like paper leaks), or the MPs assure that this issue will be raised in the monsoon session, then he will end his hunger strike.
