Now the information being received from close party people is that Nimbalkar can now postpone his decision. According to people close to Nimbalkar, Nimbalkar Shinde will now decide to join the army after meeting his workers.

Murder occurred on June 3, 2006
In 2004, both the leaders (Pawanraje Nimbalkar and Padmasingh Patil) were also face to face in the assembly elections. Where Padmasingh Patil won the election from Pawanraje by 484 votes in a tough election contest. Later he was murdered on 3 June 2006. After which his son Omraj became active in politics. Where Omraj had defeated Padmasinh Patil’s son Rana Jagjitsinh Patil in the assembly elections and became MLA. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he contested from Osmanabad Lok Sabha constituency on behalf of the Uddhav faction and won. Now he is among those MPs who are merging with the Shinde faction.
MLA close to Nimbalkar reached Matoshree
Here there is news that MLA Kailash Patil, close to rebel Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Omraje Nimbalkar, has reached Matoshree. Here he will meet party chief Uddhav Thackeray. It is being told that Kailash Patil has come to participate in the meeting of the District Head on Matoshree. Patil is the MLA from Dharashiv district of UBT and is considered very close to Omraj Nimbalkar. Uddhav is holding a meeting of district chiefs and MLAs of Marathwada today.
CBI will challenge the decision in the High Court
Meanwhile, there is news that CBI will challenge the decision of acquittal of the accused in Pawanraje Nimbalkar murder case. According to sources, CBI is preparing to appeal in the High Court against the decision of the special court acquitting all the accused. According to sources, after this decision, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and discussed the matter.
It is being told that after this discussion, Amit Shah has instructed CBI to challenge the decision of the special court in the superior court and file an appeal. However, no official statement has been issued yet by CBI or Union Home Ministry in this regard. Omraj Nimbalkar also said that he will challenge the decision of the lower court in the High Court.
