Actually, Anmol Bishnoi was brought to India from America in November last year. After that, NIA arrested him. Anmol Bishnoi is the younger brother of Lawrence Bishnoi and is currently lodged in Tihar Jail, Delhi. For which a petition has been filed in the court.
Anmol Bishnoi wants to surrender
Anmol Bishnoi has expressed his desire to surrender himself in the firing case at Salman Khan’s house. He also said in his petition that he wants to surrender before the Mumbai court on his own free will to face the ongoing case in the interest of fair trial and justice. Let us tell you that Anmol Bishnoi is currently lodged in Tihar Jail, New Delhi. It was brought to India from America in November 2025. At the same time, upon reaching India, NIA arrested him. It has been said in the petition that Anmol is already in judicial custody in the NIA case. And without orders he cannot go to Mumbai court. Also said that, if relief is given then the prosecutor will not face any problem. In fact, it has also been said in the petition that the hearing of the firing case is already going on. And so far statements of 3 witnesses have been recorded.
There was firing at Salman’s house
In fact, on April 14, 2024, two motorcycle-riding attackers had opened fire outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy apartment. After this they fled from the spot. Mumbai Police had imposed MCOCA in this case. It was also alleged that the attack was hatched by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. A case is pending against shooters Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal as well as Sonu Kumar Bishnoi, Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary and Harpal Singh, all are in judicial custody.
