Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, while mentioning India’s support, refuted the comment of US Vice President JD Vance in which he had said that America is the only powerful ally of Israel left in the whole world. Netanyahu said in a program that Israel has the support of many other countries including India.
Netanyahu said that we also have some other friends, like a country named India. You know, there are 1.4 billion people living there and, frankly, we get tremendous support there. During a press conference at the White House last month, Vance said that Israel should respect the US-Iran peace talks.
Getting a lot of support from India
When the US Vice President was asked about reports that the Israeli leadership is unhappy with the US-Iran agreement and is criticizing President Donald Trump, Vance had said, if I were in the cabinet of the Israeli government, I would not criticize our only powerful ally left in the world. Netanyahu said that he is getting a lot of support from India on Facebook.

The Israeli Prime Minister said that I get huge support on Facebook. It is possible that I may get support from many other places also. He rejected Vance’s claim that Israel has no other allies. Netanyahu said, we have many friends.
Our technology is very hi-tech
He said that many countries want to take advantage of Israel’s advanced cyber security expertise. He said that you know, many leaders call me and say, ‘Look, we have some difficulties regarding public opinion, but we want to tell you that we respect you. Can we make some agreements? Can you teach us some things about your army? And can we get your expertise in the field of AI and cyber security? Netanyahu said that Israel is the second leading country in the world in the cyber field and our technology is very advanced. So our relations are not really what they appear from outside.
