It was because of Nahyan that UAE talked about peace in the war, which was forced America Had to accept also. Because of Nahayan, Israel became isolated in the Middle East.
According to the report, Nahyan has been identified as a business leader in the UAE royal family, who has assets worth $1 trillion.
How did Nahyan close the deal?
1. Talks on the deal between Iran and America had started in April itself. At that time Pakistan and Qatar were mediating it, but UAE withdrew itself from the deal. At that time UAE proposed war with Iran, due to which the terms of the deal could not be negotiated. JD Vance, head of the American negotiating team, had to return from Islamabad.
2. According to Bloomberg, when Nahyan was given the responsibility of diplomatic talks, he first contacted the top leaders of Iran. He improved relations with Iran. According to Reuters, UAE gave seized amount of $3 billion to Iran. In return, Iran said not to attack UAE.
3. After the relations between Iran and UAE improved, the Gulf countries together put pressure on US President Donald Trump for a deal, due to which Trump had to take the decision of the deal. In an interview with Axios, Trump said that the world’s petroleum reserves were drying up. I had no way out.
4. UAE is included in the Abraham Accords with Israel, but UAE left Israel for the deal with Iran. Because of Nahyan’s diplomacy, Israel has become isolated in the entire region. It is being said that UAE is angry with the report, which was leaked from the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel.
