This bungalow of Motegaonkar has now come into discussion among the investigating agencies and the local people.
It is being told that the design of this luxurious house was prepared by the engineers associated with Ramoji Film City. This bungalow built in about 5 thousand square feet is very grand. This bungalow has a huge parking area, Rajasthani style rooms and expensive wooden interiors.

Not only the walls, but the entire bungalow also has imported wooden flooring. This four-storey bungalow is said to have modern facilities. Local people are raising questions about the source of its wealth regarding this bungalow built in the posh and VIP area of Latur.

Who is Shivraj Motegaonkar?
According to the official website of RCC, Motegaonkar has done MSc in Physics and had also won a gold medal. However, the name of the university has not been mentioned on the website. The institute says that many of its students have achieved success in many national level examinations like SET/NET-JRF, GATE, BARC, DRDO and TIFR.
Motegaonkar initially started teaching from home. After this, in the year 2003, he established Renukai Chemistry Classes, and it later evolved into RCC Pattern. Presently it has many branches which operate in many cities including Marathwada, Pune, Nashik, Nanded and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
The institute claims to have guided thousands of students preparing for medical and engineering entrance exams. It also claims to give scholarships to economically weaker students. Motegaonkar is also very active on social media and keeps sharing suggestions related to studies and career.
