During Nautapa, it is very important to keep the body cool and hydrated from inside, so that the effect of heat can be reduced. Consume these things during Nautapa

Ayurveda expert Kiran Gupta says that during Nautapa, one should consume foods with cooling effect and rich in nutrients. Like include cucumber, cucumber, watermelon, onion, green chilli, tomato raw in your diet. These things will help you in protecting yourself from heat stroke. Apart from this, include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. For this, watermelon, melon, ridge gourd, bitter gourd, mint, green coriander are good options.

Apart from this, there should be no shortage of water in the body. For this, drink not only water but also make and drink nutrition rich drinks at home like coconut water, buttermilk, fennel syrup, wood apple syrup, mango panna etc.

Choose the right clothes

The sunlight is very intense during Nautapa. In such a situation, the body needs more comfort. Try to wear light and cotton or linen clothes. These absorb sweat and provide comfort to the body. Avoid wearing clothes of tight and thick fabric. Don’t forget to cover your head and face while leaving the house.
