
An important meeting of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is going to be held in Ayodhya on Monday. While most of the trust members will attend the meeting in person, some will join through video conferencing. This meeting is considered very important in terms of the construction of Ram temple and future activities of the trust.
Many members will be personally present in the meeting, including Trust President Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, General Secretary Champat Rai, Construction Committee Chairman Nripendra Mishra, Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati, Parmanand Giri Maharaj, Anil Mishra, Krishna Mohan, Mahant Dinendra Das and Treasurer Govind Dev Giri Maharaj.
Whereas, Founder Trustee K. Parasaran and Swami Vishwa Prasanna Tirtha Maharaj will attend the meeting through video conferencing. Along with ex-officio members Prashant Lokhande (Central Government) and Sanjay Prasad (State Government), Ayodhya District Magistrate Shashank Tripathi will also participate in it.
Where did Champat and Anil Mishra stay?
Even before the meeting, members of the trust have started reaching Ayodhya. Nripendra Mishra will stay at Circuit House, while Govind Dev Giri Maharaj will stay at Vaidehi Bhawan. Swami Vasudevanand will stay at Saraswati Maharishi Ashram, Jagadguru Madhvacharya at Madhav Ashram, Parmanand Giri and Krishna Mohan at Ramsevak Puram campus of Vishva Hindu Parishad, Mahant Dinendra Das at Nirmohi Akhara and Champat Rai Teerth Kshetra Bhawan. Anil Mishra will stay at both Teerth Kshetra Bhawan and his home.
VHP and Bajrang Dal officials arrived
Before the Trust meeting, senior officials of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) have also started reaching Ayodhya. Shan Dauneria, national convenor of VHP’s youth wing, Bajrang Dal, has reached Ayodhya. Apart from this, VHP Central (International) General Secretary Bajrang Lal Bagra has also reached the city.
Who is Bajrang Lal Bagra?
Bajrang Lal Bagra is one of the senior officials of the organization. Before becoming General Secretary, he served as Joint General Secretary of VHP and also held the responsibilities of President and CEO of ‘Ekal Abhiyan’. A chartered accountant by profession, Bagra has previously worked as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in National Aluminum Company Limited (NALCO) and RITES Limited.
Nationwide eye on the meeting
In this meeting of the Trust, various administrative matters related to Ram Temple, construction works and future plans are expected to be discussed. Devotees from across the country and organizations associated with Ram Temple are keeping a close eye on this meeting.
