When the husband was asked the reason behind this, he said – she runs away again and again. So tied it. The wife says that the husband neither eats the food prepared by her nor talks to her. The incident took place in Kalyanpur police station area. According to the information, the dispute between a husband and wife living here got so serious that the husband tied his wife with a rope and tied her to a pillar. According to the victim Shobha Devi, her husband neither talks to her nor eats the food cooked by her. Regarding the same issue, she had earlier also applied to the concerned police station seeking help and today when her husband started beating her, she got angry and left her house. Then her husband tied her with a rope. On the other hand, the woman’s husband Vijay Giri said that a case is going on in the court between him and his wife and his wife repeatedly runs away from home, due to which he has kept her tied up. But the biggest question is whether a husband keeps his wife tied like an animal?
