'Ramayana' serial was started in 1987, at that time people liked this serial so much that people started considering its characters as God. Even if an actor was seen outside the set, people used to come to seek his blessings. Arun Govil played the character of Lord Ram in 'Ramayana'. He had shared an incident in an interview, in which he had remembered the time when he was very scared because of this character. He told that a woman had come to him with her child. The actor told that one day he was sitting on the set in normal clothes. During this time, a woman came and started asking the people working on the set, where is Shri Ram. She was telling people that she wanted to meet Lord Ram.After this people sent him to Arun Govil. The actor told that at first she could not recognize me, then she looked at me for some time and crying, she placed her child at my feet. I panicked. I said, 'What are you doing? Leave my feet.The actor further said that the woman cried and said that her son is ill. He will die, you save him. The actor explained to him with folded hands that it was not in his hands and he could not do anything in this matter. After this the actor advised them to take the child to the hospital.The actor told that then he gave some money to the woman and sent her to the hospital. At that time the woman left from there with her child. But, after a few days, she came back to the set with her son. After which the actor said that I believed that if we have faith in God and pray, then he definitely listens.
