Now amidst the growing controversy, Muzammil has clarified his statement and said that his point has been misrepresented.

Some time ago, in a conversation, Muzammil Ibrahim had said that Deepika Padukone He was in a relationship with Deepika and he himself broke up with Deepika. Not only this, Muzammil had said that it was Deepika who had proposed him first. As soon as this interview went viral, Muzammil got embroiled in controversies, after which he now had to give clarification. Muzammil clarified in the latest post that he never tried to insult Deepika nor said anything against her.

Deepika’s ex-boyfriend gave clarification

While sharing a note on his Instagram account, Muzammil Ibrahim wrote, “The interview that is being discussed and is being wrongly described as ‘new claims’ was recorded more than a year ago. The clips that are being shared now are a small part of a longer conversation. The hesitation, context and respect with which certain topics were discussed during the conversation, are often seen during editing or when watching the clips separately. Are left out.”

Deepika’s name was not taken

Without taking Deepika Padukone’s name, Muzammil further said in the post, “I have always tried to talk about people from my past with respect and that is the same today. Like many people, I have spent many years building my work and my life and I hope that the conversation will be based on this. I stand by my stance of talking honestly and doing so with respect.
