Reportedly, this road is Suncity Road of Vasai, which has been completely submerged due to heavy rains.
In the video, no sign of road is visible far and wide, everywhere there is only muddy water. The only support for the person riding the bike was the electric poles on the roadside, through which he could guess where the path was. Due to the absence of trees nearby, this area looked exactly like a deep lake.
