Motorola has announced the launch date of its new premium smartphone Edge 70 Max in India. The company has shared information about the design and many key features of the phone through the microsite created on Flipkart. This smartphone will be a new and more powerful model in the existing Edge 70 series. Information related to its price and camera features is expected to be revealed during the launch.
Entry into India will be on 15th July
Flipkart According to the listing, Motorola Edge 70 Max will be launched in India on July 15 at 12 noon. After launch, customers will be able to buy it through Flipkart. According to the pictures surfaced, the phone has a flat display with thin bezels. Square shaped camera module is available at the back. This smartphone has appeared in light blue and green color options.
Will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor
for performance Motorola Edge 70 Max Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset will be provided in it. The company claims that this processor will provide better capabilities than before in AI related tasks. It has been revealed that the phone will have up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Apart from this, it will also get on-device AI processing support, through which many smart features will be able to work directly on the phone.
Special cooling system for gaming
To prevent the phone from heating up during prolonged use, it has been provided with ArcticMesh cooling system. It will have a vapor cooling chamber of 5,500 square millimeters, which will help in controlling the heat better. According to the company, this system will help in maintaining stable performance of the phone during gaming and high-performance tasks.
144Hz display and 7000 nits brightness
Motorola Edge 70 Max will have a Quad-HD+ LTPO display, which will support 144Hz refresh rate. The peak brightness of the screen will be up to 7,000 nits. The display will get the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. It will also have features like 10-bit color output, DCI-P3 color gamut and 95.12 percent screen-to-body ratio. The company has also claimed that games like BGMI can be played on the phone at up to 120fps.
Big battery and fast charging
This smartphone will also be very powerful in terms of battery. Motorola Edge 70 Max will be provided with a 7,100mAh battery, which according to the company can provide a backup of up to 58 hours. For charging, it will have 90W TurboPower fast charging support. Apart from this, the facility of magnetic wireless charging will also be provided in the phone, which can be a special feature in this segment. Information about the price and camera specification of the phone will be revealed at the time of launch.
